Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-structured and supportive team managing a residential portfolio based primarily in Geelong, with additional properties across surrounding growth corridors. This is a full end-to-end Property Management role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service across leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, and ongoing tenant and landlord management. This is a stable, well-supported role offering work-life balance, clear expectations, and the opportunity to work closely with leadership in a professional and growing environment. THE ROLE Manage a well-established end-to-end residential portfolio of approx. 150 properties Take ownership of all inspections, leasing, and day-to-day portfolio management activities Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with only approx. 1 in 4 Saturdays (RDO provided) Work with modern systems in a well-supported, organised environment Competitive total package ABOUT YOU: Previous Property Management experience (essential) Current Agents Representative Certificate (essential) Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (essential) Strong knowledge of residential property legislation and compliance Confident managing an end-to-end portfolio independently Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for a structured, hands-on role with strong leadership support and a stable portfolio in the Geelong region.
